Men's Health Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Sponsor
Axobotanica LLC, 300 Lenora St., #757, Seattle, WA 98121 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members and members of their households are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins at 12:00 am Pacific Time (PT) on November 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm PT on November 20, 2026 (the "Entry Period").
4. How to Enter
Visit axobotanica.com/pages/mens-health-giveaway and complete the entry form with your first name and email address. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Entries submitted through automated means, or that are incomplete or duplicate, will be disqualified. Comments on social media posts are not entries. Only entries submitted through the form count.
5. Prize
One winner will receive three bottles of Targeted Prostate Flow, a 90-day supply. Approximate retail value: $164.97. No cash or prize substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize ships only to an address in the United States.
Targeted Prostate Flow is a dietary supplement. The person using it should consult his healthcare provider before use, especially if taking medication or managing a health condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 23, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email on or about November 23, 2026 and must reply with a valid US shipping address by 11:59 pm PT on November 27, 2026. If the winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Publicity
With the winner's permission, Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and last initial on its website, in email and on social media.
9. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway if fraud or technical problems compromise its integrity. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.
10. Privacy
By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Axobotanica. You may unsubscribe at any time. Information collected is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy.
11. Social Media
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
12. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Washington and the United States.
13. Winner List
To request the winner's name, send an email to lauren@axobotanica.com with the subject "Men's Health Giveaway Winner" by December 31, 2026.
