ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING LOCATIONAll our orders are shipped from our HQ located in Seattle, WA. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer Free Shipping to all 50 US States for orders of $75.00 USD or above.
Overnight shipping services could be delayed on or around the following holidays when our office is closed:
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Free Shipping: Utilizes USPS Ground Advantage for packages under one pound, and USPS Priority Mail for orders over one pound. Delivery times are non-guaranteed.
- Express Options: For faster delivery, we offer Fed Ex 2 Day (guaranteed) and Fed Ex Next Day (guaranteed) options for an additional fee. These options will be presented at checkout.
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2-10 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-5 business days

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we plan to add this option in the coming weeks. If you are in need of our product overseas, please send us an email athello@axobotanica.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
All shipments to APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Select. Due to military handling time, please be aware that delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 days.
Missing or Undelivered Packages
Axobotanica shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. While all shipping carriers are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, we are committed to ensuring you receive your product.

- Check Your Premises: Thoroughly check your mailbox, porch, garage, and any other potential delivery locations around your home.
- Contact the Carrier: Reach out directly to the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx) as soon as possible, as they may have more specific information about the delivery location or be able to initiate a search.
